The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order applies to all commercial buildings (and rentals) placing legal duties on the Responsible Person such as the need for Fire Risk Assessment carried out by a competent person. It is about preventing fires or at least minimising the severity and is often the first document the Fire Service or your insurance will ask to see during an inspection or post incident.
We carry out workplace Fire Risk Assessments as well as non destructive HMO and rental assessments including Type 1 for just Communal areas and Type 3 which additionally include apartments too.
