As well as an insurance requirement, The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order applies to all commercial buildings (including rentals) and places legal duties on the Responsible Person including the need for a Fire Risk Assessment carried out by a competent person. It is about preventing fires or at least minimising the severity and is often the first document the Fire Service will ask to see during an inspection or post incident.

Step 3. Consultation
A free online consultation is offered to run through your report with you and discuss any questions or make amendments.
