Planning a project? Marksafety support smaller construction and maintenance projects across the North West as CDM Facilitator or Principal Designer.
The Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations apply to every project and are about managing safety. Legal duties are placed on all parties including Clients, Contractors and Designers. Poor planning or neglecting responsibilities may well result in fierce fines, delayed deadlines and potential prison time.
Appointed by the Client a CDM Facilitator advises and coordinates compliance. They confirm tasks are complete, documents are drafted and standards are met and maintained.
Marksafety act as your named Project CDM Facilitator on a monthly subscription, providing advice and resources while assisting your management team on a pay as you go basis. We can also be appointed in the legal role of Pre-Construction Principal Designer for a one off fee.

Pre-Construction
Fixed package whereby Marksafety are appointed as Principal Designer for the Pre-construction phase of your project, advising on and coordinating Pre-Construction CDM tasks and safety documentation as required.
From £995 One Off Fee
CDM Consultancy
Marksafety can assist with contractor vetting, RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, site safety inspections, tool box talks and face fit testing on a “as required” basis. just jump on a call and we can start to translate the red tape
